Remember, these dough instructions are for my Oster bread machine! Place in bread machine in this exact order: water, chopped garlic, salt, vegetable oil, all-purpose flour and whole wheat flour into the bread pan of your bread machine.
Make a small dent in the flour and add yeast. It's important to keep the yeast away from the liquids in the beginning.
Close lid, select dough setting and that's it until the cycle completes! Mine takes approx 90 minutes.
Remove dough from the bread machine and knead on a lightly floured surface.
Preheat grill to medium-high.
Break dough into four equal pieces and roll with a rolling pin (or toss it, like a pro, if you know how to!)
Lightly brush dough with olive oil and place directly on the grill grate, flipping after 3 or 4 minutes.
Add a layer of tomato sauce, mozzarella, pepperoni and basil
After 4 or 5 minutes, remove from heat, slice and savor. We sure did!
